Why Tera Tera Foundation Exists
Tera Tera Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in its founding and program-development stage, established to create practical ways for people to learn, serve, and strengthen their communities.
Based in New Jersey, TTF is building volunteer pathways, outreach initiatives, educational programs, and community relationships.
Tera Tera Foundation was founded by Lakhvir Dhaliwal, with Kuldeep K. Sikka as a Founder. Its direction is rooted in Sarbat da Bhala, the well-being of all, and the belief that informed communities and meaningful service can help people participate, lead, and contribute with compassion.

Meet Our Founder: Lakhvir Dhaliwal
Lakhvir Dhaliwal is the Founder of Tera Tera Foundation, a Nurse Practitioner, researcher, doctoral student in nursing/public health, and community advocate committed to service and community well-being. Her professional and educational background has strengthened her passion for health education, preventive health awareness, and helping communities connect with reliable information and resources.
Rooted in the values of Seva, Sarbat da Bhala, and youth empowerment, Lakhvir founded Tera Tera Foundation to connect communities with education and resources while creating meaningful opportunities for young people to serve, grow, and develop as compassionate future leaders.
Her vision is to help build healthier, more informed, and empowered communities through service and education. Through Tera Tera Foundation, she hopes to inspire the next generation to lead with compassion and carry the spirit of Seva forward.
Meet Our Founder: Kuldeep K. Sikka
Kuldeep K. Sikka is a Founder of Tera Tera Foundation and a pharmacist with more than 25 years of experience in community and hospital pharmacy. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping people better understand their health and medications while supporting individuals and families with care, patience, and compassion.
Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. Kuldeep believes that knowledge, compassion, and a helping hand can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Through Tera Tera Foundation, she hopes to create opportunities for health awareness, education, and community service while encouraging the next generation to embrace the values of Seva and Sarbat da Bhala.
